Here is a walk for you to try. It was overcast when I took the photos so the quality is not brilliant.
The route is on my Google map you can see it by clicking on the link in the caravan site menu.

Leaving the camp site proceed along the edge of the Fen Drain until you meet the bank. The site

Here you can either turn left or right. I turned right and followed the old flood defences along the path of the Lakenheath New Lode.
Looking out over the fields you may see deer like these
When you reach the road turn left and proceed north west, if you go straight on you will arrive in Lakenheath.
Follow this track then bear left at the fork.
Go straight on at the railway crossing and then up onto the bank. You are now in the RSPB Lakenheath Reserve. Follow the bank until you see the foot path marker.
Here you turn left and drop into Botany Bay. This is my favourite part. Follow the foot path. In summer it may be quite overgrown but clearly marked by deer traffic and worth the effort. If your feet are wet you have probably strayed off the path.
When you come across the second path marker bare slightly right and onto the bridge. Once over the bridge turn left and proceed along the top of the bank.
Cross the railway and then turn right to return to the camp site, back alongside the Fen Drain
